ALHERD Luminous Objects

Designer

YET:FAB team Ilya Kotler, Anastasiya Kotler, Rael Kaymer

ALHERD is a series of luminous objects developed by YET:FAB, the experimental fabrication studio of YET Architecture. The project emerges at the intersection of code, material, and nature, exploring how light can be perceived as an organic phenomenon rather than a purely technical device. Inspired by coral formations and erosion processes, the lamps are digitally “grown” through computational design and produced using 3D printing, then hand-finished in our studio in Tel Aviv. Each piece is unique and operates as a spatial element: not only a source of illumination, but an atmospheric presence capable of defining rhythm, texture, and depth within a space. ALHERD exists between design and architecture, translating architectural thinking into object and transforming light into matter.
